Two Customization Paths

To balance speed, cost, and feasibility, custom projects typically follow one of the two paths below:

Path A — Fast Sampling (Existing Fabrics & Trims)

Best for trial orders, sampling validation, or small pilot projects.

  • Faster start using existing materials

  • Lower development complexity

  • Typical sample lead time: 7–10 days, depending on design complexity

  • Providing a physical reference sample is recommended for higher sizing accuracy (shipping time excluded)

Path B — Deep Customization (Custom Fabric / Color / Camouflage)

Best for projects requiring exclusive appearance or material performance.

  • Custom colors, camouflage patterns, or special functional fabrics

  • Additional development time is required due to material development and production scheduling

  • Providing fabric swatches is recommended; Pantone references may be used for solid colors

  • Lead time will be confirmed after feasibility and material review

Sampling Workflow

    Fabric, construction, customization scope, and timeline confirmation.

  3. Sample Development
    Pattern and construction development followed by sample making.

  4. Sample Review & Adjustment
    Feedback incorporated where required.

  5. Sample Approval
    Approved samples may proceed to bulk production planning.

Sample development typically starts after requirement confirmation and sample fee payment.
Sample cost is evaluated based on design complexity and material requirements.

MOQ & Lead Time Overview

We support low-MOQ trial orders as well as long-term bulk manufacturing.

Bulk Production & Quality Control

To ensure consistency and on-time delivery, bulk production follows standard control points:

  • Pre-production sample approval to lock construction standards

  • First production sample approval before full-scale manufacturing

  • In-process quality inspection during production

  • Garment finishing: pressing, thread trimming, tagging, and final packing

  • Shipment & delivery based on confirmed project terms
