Customization
Custom Manufacturing & Sampling (OEM / ODM)
Process-Controlled Manufacturing — from spec to shipment
From spec confirmation to sampling and bulk production, we run a structured, transparent workflow built for stable quality, clear checkpoints, and reliable lead times.
What We Can Customize
We support end-to-end customization based on your project requirements:
-
Fabric, Color & Camouflage
Existing fabric options for fast development, as well as custom colors, camouflage patterns, and functional fabrics. -
Fit & Sizing
Development from reference samples, technical drawings, or size charts. Grading adjustments supported. -
Functional Construction
Pocket layouts, reinforcement areas, MOLLE/PALS systems, lining and layering structures. -
Branding & Identification
Embroidery, printing, patches, woven labels, care labels. -
Trims & Packaging
Zippers, hardware, hook & loop, hangtags, and packaging options.
Two Customization Paths
To balance speed, cost, and feasibility, custom projects typically follow one of the two paths below:
Path A — Fast Sampling (Existing Fabrics & Trims)
Best for trial orders, sampling validation, or small pilot projects.
-
Faster start using existing materials
-
Lower development complexity
-
Typical sample lead time: 7–10 days, depending on design complexity
-
Providing a physical reference sample is recommended for higher sizing accuracy (shipping time excluded)
Path B — Deep Customization (Custom Fabric / Color / Camouflage)
Best for projects requiring exclusive appearance or material performance.
-
Custom colors, camouflage patterns, or special functional fabrics
-
Additional development time is required due to material development and production scheduling
-
Providing fabric swatches is recommended; Pantone references may be used for solid colors
-
Lead time will be confirmed after feasibility and material review
Sampling Workflow
-
Submit Requirements
Reference images, links, samples, or basic specifications. -
Feasibility Review & Quotation
Fabric, construction, customization scope, and timeline confirmation. -
Sample Development
Pattern and construction development followed by sample making. -
Sample Review & Adjustment
Feedback incorporated where required. -
Sample Approval
Approved samples may proceed to bulk production planning.
Sample development typically starts after requirement confirmation and sample fee payment.
Sample cost is evaluated based on design complexity and material requirements.
MOQ & Lead Time Overview
We support low-MOQ trial orders as well as long-term bulk manufacturing.
MOQ and lead time depend on:
-
Product type and construction complexity
-
Fabric selection and whether material development is required
-
Customization scope and trims
-
Production scheduling window
After requirement confirmation, we provide a clear plan covering:
-
Material preparation timeline
-
Sample confirmation milestones
-
Production schedule and delivery plan (including staged delivery if applicable)
Bulk Production & Quality Control
To ensure consistency and on-time delivery, bulk production follows standard control points:
-
Pre-production sample approval to lock construction standards
-
First production sample approval before full-scale manufacturing
-
In-process quality inspection during production
-
Garment finishing: pressing, thread trimming, tagging, and final packing
-
Shipment & delivery based on confirmed project terms

FAQ — For Reference
(Recommended as collapsible content at the bottom of the page)
When does sampling start?
Sample development typically starts after requirement confirmation and sample fee payment.
How is sample cost calculated?
Sample cost depends on design complexity, materials, and customization scope. A clear quotation will be provided after review. Sample fees may be deductible for qualifying bulk orders, subject to agreement.
Why does custom fabric take longer?
Custom colors, camouflage patterns, or special fabrics require additional development and production scheduling. Lead time is confirmed after feasibility review.
How does bulk production start?
Bulk production typically starts after contract confirmation and deposit payment (standard practice is around 30%, subject to project terms).
Is staged delivery possible?
Yes. For large projects, staged production and delivery can be arranged.
