We are a Tactical & duty apparel OEM/ODM manufacturer — uniforms, outerwear & workwear.We offer competitive pricing, but we never win business by cutting corners. Our advantage comes from consistent quality, a controlled production process, and reliable lead times.

1) Introduction

Founded in 2004, we operate our own production facility in Hubei, China. Our factory covers 10,000 m², with 370 employees, and an annual capacity of approximately 700,000 sets. We provide OEM and ODM manufacturing services for overseas brands, wholesalers, and institutional buyers.

2) Standard Workflow

We support OEM and ODM projects through a structured development process:

  1. Requirement review and feasibility assessment

  2. Sample development (pattern making, fabric & trims preparation, sample production)

  3. Sample approval and specification confirmation

  4. Pilot run (if required)

  5. Bulk production

  6. Pre-shipment inspection and delivery

We do not take projects beyond our technical capabilities. This ensures every order is manufacturable, repeatable, and sustainable.

3) Quality Control

We treat quality control and accountability as the core of our operations. QC is built into the production process—not added at the end.

During bulk production, we implement IPQC (in-process quality control), along with packing inspection and final inspection. We also conduct AQL-based final inspections and keep production records for traceability. If any quality issue occurs, we follow clear responsibility rules and resolution mechanisms, including rework, replacement, or commercial compensation based on mutual agreement.

4) Production Stability & Delivery

We prioritize stable lead times. Our production planning focuses on delivery reliability and batch consistency. We only schedule orders based on confirmed capacity and do not overbook.

For example, sampling typically takes 7–10 days (including pattern making and sample production). A bulk order of 10,000 sets typically takes around 8 weeks, depending on complexity and material readiness. Because we do not over-accept orders, we can keep production schedules under control and deliver on time.

We usually ship under FOB terms (other terms can be discussed) and serve customers across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Africa.
